9-1-1 Guatemala Business Proposal

THE FOUNDATION OF MIRACLES

Corporation Address
Corporation,

9-1-1 Guatemala is a campaign of the Charity Anywhere Foundation a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which acquires ambulances and medical supplies for donation to needy Central American hospitals. Retired ambulances will be purchased from emergency medical services through the use of sponsored funds. The cost of the ambulance’s transportation to Central America and medical supplies will then be covered through money raised by local charity races and concerts. The campaign also includes an active public relations campaign by dedicated interns in the Utah State University True Blue Public Relations Firm including social media, as well as constant contacts with the media through press releases and media pitches to raise awareness.

One particular emergency medical service approached by the campaign members, the Oneida County Emergency Medical Service, will retire an ambulance this April. The ambulance has been well maintained and the county is excited to work with Charity Anywhere in the purchase of the ambulance for the campaign.

Corporation has the opportunity to help in the cause through sponsorship of the Oneida County ambulance. Funds from Corporation will go directly to purchase the ambulance, and Corporation will be accredited for the donation throughout the campaign in all campaign media. The donated ambulance will also carry Corporation’s name and logo and will be present at all events. The campaign for this ambulance will begin May 10, and will end mid-August

The Oneida County ambulance will be donated to the National Hospital of La Tinta Guatemala. The hospital has been contacted, and the staff is excited for the possibility of a new ambulance in the area. The hospital currently uses a Volkswagen van as an ambulance for the service of the 960,000 in their area population. The critically ill and wounded are transported up to eight hours away to other regions due to lack of medical resources in La Tinta. “The ambulance would be of great benefit to those in need of emergency transfer to Guatemala City or other regional capitals,” said Dr. Cifuentes, administrator of the National Hospital of La Tinta, Guatemala.

The donation of $2,000 towards the ambulance can lead to advertising opportunities well worth the cost, for example, purchase of a half page add on a weekday in the Cache Valley Herald Journal is $872.65. This campaign will warrant repeated placements in newspapers and at events in several communities throughout the campaign.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
