Financial Independence and Happiness
Developing Conservative Expenses and Financial Stability

Logan, Utah – Financial independence through development of passive income able to sustain expenses will bring happiness. Through research and investment into passive income sources, such as real estate or stock investments, along with the practice of conservative spending habits will bring stability and happiness to practitioners. Through said development practitioners can turn earned income into passive income and enjoy freedom from the risk of losing earned income. “We believe people should be able to spend their time doing something they love, not just a job that provides an income,” said Founder Preston Parker. “Passive Income largely makes this possible.”

Help in the development of these practices can be found through organizations like Cache Valley Investors Association. This group, founded by Cache Valley resident Preston Parker, holds meeting in the Cache Chamber of Commerce every other Thursday to promote education and sharing of investment ideas along with tips to help with the lowering of expenses. No fee is involved to participate in this group. “We believe people should be able to spend their time doing
something they love, not just a job that provides an income,” said Founder Preston Parker.

“Our members come from many geographical locations and from all walks of life: seasoned Investors, young entrepreneurs, small business owners, real estate experts, students, blue collar workers, white collar professionals and
self-employed.” said Parker.
