Financial Independence and Happiness
Developing Conservative Expenses and Financial Stability

Logan, Utah – Financial independence through development of passive income able to sustain one's expenses will bring happiness. Through proper research and investment into passive income sources, such as real estate or stock investments, one can develop a stable income apart from their earned income. This development along with conservative spending will bring financial stability and happiness.

Earned income is inherently risky; economic recession and injury could cause the loss of a job and financial distress. Those who work to develop smart investment practices enjoy an income regardless of health or job status. This also allows for people to not seek jobs for income sake, but for enjoyment. "We believe people should be able to spend their time doing something they love, not just a job that provides an income," said Founder Preston Parker, "Passive Income largely makes this possible."

Although, financial investment can be intimidating, especially to first time investors, a dedicated organization can help. Cache Valley Area Investors Association is a free, member based, financial-advising organization. This group, founded by Cache Valley resident Preston Parker, holds meeting in the Cache Chamber of Commerce every other Thursday to promote education and sharing of investment ideas along with tips to help lower expenses. The philosophy of CVAIA is to help "people build firm financial foundations so they can work in a career they love."

No fee is involved to participate in this group and members come will to share ideas and experience in the world of investment. "Our members come from many geographical locations and from all walks of life: seasoned Investors, young entrepreneurs, small business owners, real estate experts, students, blue collar workers, white collar professionals and self-employed." said Parker
